Quality system
In 1996, the company established the documented quality system according to ISO:9001:1994 and in combination with its experiences of product, mode of production, and quality management, so that it passed the certification of the ISO9001 in 1997, the third party certification of ISO/TS16949 by BSI of U.K. in June of 2005. Since 2007, the company has been trying to introduce the management methods of Lean Methodology and Six Sigma Management.
Quality assurance
The company adopts the machining line composed of high efficient combined and numerical control machine tools, and the imported facilities of high, precise and top level are employed in the key procedure, such as BMD automatic air-impulse moulding line from Germany, frequency conversion holding furnaces from the US, KRAUSS special fine boring machine and GFM milling machine imported from Austria, Landis NC grinder from Japan, reaming machine from US, Degussa crankshaft tenifer plant and Schenck crankshaft dynamic balancing machine from Germany, Atlas automatic screw tightening machine from Sweden, and the engine automatic detection test-bed, etc.. At the same time, the company owns perfect and precision quality control devices such as Baird 25 channels direct-reading spectrometer and LEC carbon-sulfur analysis meter from US, Nikon metalloscope from Japan, OPTON three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment from Germany, and DEA three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment from Italy, and several sets of key parts comprehensive measuring devices and parts test-bed. This ensures the quality of products effectively.
